Brad I was recently up at Fairport harbor steelhead fishing and I noticed the beach next to the launch was being torn up but still very searchable. If your not familiar with the area ,look on the map its where the grand river enters the lake... there were no evident zebra mussels,lots of dead fish,most of the pop cans looked whole... but an added bonus might be that the crane is moving sand and may uncover some older stuff.I'll probably be up there fishing on sunday morn if the fish aint biting I'm going to lug my machine up there.HH Greg
