I use a CZ-20 with the 8" coil. What I have learned about the pin point is this, When you hit a target press the pin point button and move above the target in an "X" or sweeping motion. The signal should be in a fairly large area around the target. Next, release the button and move the coil in closer to the search area center and press again. If you will notice, the search area is now smaller. Do this teqnique several times, each time reducing the size of the search area. Soon the pin point signal will only sound off directly over the target, it IS accurate.-curt
