My cz7a worked great for 10 hours, then the pinpoint audio went out, so I sent it in. They sent it back without checking the audio because I didn't send in headphones with the unit. I have 3 pairs of phones, and none of them would work. (all worked in my XLT) I was livid! I tried a cheapo pair that I had laying around (Cal-Rad) and they work, so I'm living with it. I don't see why the (new) pair that worked at first stopped, but I use my XLT the most anyway.
