I know something is wrong, but on a unit that has a five year warranty, I don't dare open it up and risk losing out on that! I plainly stated what the squawks were, (there were 3) I was just upset that when I called prior to shipping it there, they didn't mention that I should include the headphones. I already ruled those out as the problem.
