Got a place to look. The flood was in 1980 in my local town, it wiped out a local residents home, took everything. There were detectorists here up the ying-yang and not one of them returned anything to its owner. I asked the owner about it and he explained how much he lost, coin collection (yes gold included), relics (he was an antique collector), and personal jewelry. The detectorists that were here didn't do the hobby any good for public relations!! I told him that I have permission from the property owner to detect and would return ANY items found!!

Haven't had the time yet.
