Rings and things...
January 25, 2000 at 05:15:33

From reading the forums feel the average person out there doesn't have a prayer in telling a gold ring and from a target that mimics it. Of course every machine has a voice of its own and would behoove everyone to listen to what his machine is saying. Tesoros in my estimation with a lot of others close have audio variances that cetainly help. Weigh a gold ring that that comes in the meter in same area with a piece of foil or pulltab and you will understand with the ring being much heavier. Of course we can all be fooled by a lead sinker or key or whatever. On the other hand many have their own systems and are just listeners and not talkers. To fill a pouch for a week to get a gold ring certainly is backbreaking and doesn't help our landscape either. Cut down the odds and learn your machine. We all know their is no surefire method, however cutting down the odds help..
