Here's a technique I use for photography. I try to approach the city/area as if I have never been there before. How would it look as if I were a stranger? Is there a different method I could use from the last place? Who knows, it may work for you! Don't worry about washouts. I've had them for over 2 years. But I still find SOME things. It may not be "Best Finds" candidates but I DO find things.
