Got my Christmas present yesterday. The UPS man came to day with my GTI 2500. Couldn't wait for spring, headed to the backyard. Found 6 hotwheel cars (or parts of them), a nail, some siding aluminum bits, 2 clad pennies, and 4 clad dimes..oh and of course 1 pull tab. (First of many I'm sure.) Wow, lot to learn about my machine. I came away from today a little confused about what my machine was telling me, or trying to tell me anyway. Anyone have any tips for a brand new GTI 2500 owner AND brand new to detecting please...advice, advice and advice.
