Back in the 70s there was a lot of nice finds, but there still is a lot to be found with the new machine that are out. In the last 4 years I have found as much as I did the first few years in the 70s, with most at the same places we were before as we have better detectors and understand them better.

It is amazing that we thought of all these people as nerds that were detecting, but yet once we tried it we find it is a very exciting hobby, like a kid at Christmas we cant wait to see what our detector has found next for us, could it be something we dont want or something we waited all our life for??????
