I just received my new Whites Beach hunter ID from kellyco with no problems.........over the past 12 years I've bought coil covers, 6 in coil, for my 6000 di also a Vibra Probe all shipped for the quoted price and in a timely manner. But anything you have shipped you take the chance of damage and you must try to follow up with the company that you bought the item from to solve the problem. I bet that kellyco has had to make many a deal come out for the better over this or they would have gone out of business long ago. So 1st try to work it out and if that does not help then let the world know the truth! Just my thoughts the "tomkat" st. louis mo. hh
