It was a returned item that someone put back in circulation. My friend and I both ordered the same time. He received what he he was suppose to. His detector was wrapped in plastic, the LCD had a plastic protector, his coild was not scrathced and the cable was tied. His rechargeable battery was not dirty and beaten up. When I asked for my money back, it was a joke. They give you back 80 percent less shipping both ways. This was their problem and not mine. Kellyco has shown me that they are cutrate.
