That is why I am letting the world know. The people are not helpful at all. They advertised free Eagle Headphones, and if you know Whites Products, you know the Eagle Headphones have a lifetime warrantyl.
I received the cheap set of headphones that you would not give 10.00 for. When I talked with a person named JW about it at Kellyco, he said I quote." Well you got a free set of headphones did you not", now how does this make them top of the line dealers. If you say the price is x amount of dollars with a set of Eagle Headphones, a free padded carrying case and a video worth 209.00, it entices the customer. I received the video, the padded case, but junk headphones. I do not know about you, but that is switch and bait. This practice is against the law. When JW at Kellyco made the smart alec remark You got free headphones did you not, that made me realize what they are made of. The metal detector works fine, but it was not brand new either. It was a returned item that someone put back in circulation. My friend and I both ordered the same time. He received what he he was suppose to. His detector was wrapped in plastic, the LCD had a plastic protector, his coild was not scrathced and the cable was tied. His rechargeable battery was not dirty and beaten up. When I asked for my money back, it was a joke. They give you back 80 percent less shipping both ways. This was their problem and not mine. Kellyco has shown me that they are cutrate. Byron Now to clear things up, I did jump through all of their supposed hoops, and they still will not take care of me. What do you think they do with all those detectors they get back and only send the customer 80 percent back? Of course sell them to unsuspecting people like myself. Buyer Beware.
