Dave, here is the straight and skinny: the Kellyco Accusound, and Accusound Gold, and the Koss TD-81 are all the SAME headphone, with different labels. ALL are made by Koss. Same performance, same warranty. The KW Pros are also made by Koss, for Whites; they have the same performance (i.e. they have the same speaker/driver assembly) BUT they are NOT as robust as the TD-81, inasmuch as the KW Pros have plastic arm assemblies, whereas the TD-81's have metal ones. Best value: Koss TD-81's by far. HH J-
