Jon,,
If you have a rock tumbler take some aqarium gravel add some water to cover the coins and add some real lemon juice(Brand Name)around 1/8 cup and tumble for a hour or 2 and the will look great.
If you have a Sams club nearby the Real lemon juice is $4.95 for 3 quarts.
