Two owners of the Golden uMax have contacted me wanting to trade their machines for the XL Pro I have listed in the classifieds. No Deal. One of them had owned a Whites before getting the Golden and said he was sorry he switched. Although I have gotten more than "a couple of inches" of depth with the Tesoros I have owned, I prefer the Whites and Fishers for coin hunting by far. The QXT and IDX Pro are bargains for the amount of performance you get. HH Tom
