Hi Dave - I ordered a detector from them some years back and it didn't come. I called 2 or 3 times over a period of weeks and finally they said they were out of it and couldnt get one from the maker. I got my money back and sent elsewhere and got it within 1 week. This all took about 6 weeks. Buy from Al in Ga. - online - I have bought my last 2 machines from him and he's excellent to deal with.
