A small dealer recently told me that KellyCo gets the whites machines that are rejected and then the KellyCo technician repairs them and they are then sold as new machines. Whites does not do so because it is not cost effective to fix them.
I was told this is one way they sell at such a discount.
I don't know if this is true or not am I am only repeating what I was told.
I would call these machines reconditioned and not new. This is borderline since it depends on what is repaired. A loose wire verses a damaged board. A loose wire repaired would be a new machines.
