fishy day at the Dingle
September 28, 2003 at 12:06:21

From the land of the Bluenose....better half had plans that didn't include me ( thank goodness for the break) so I headed out to the Dingle on a very windy and bleak day..........great for hunting. A water dig today as I noted by Chris's post (storm chart) would be a tad precarious. So for 3 hours it was 5 coins including 2 modern pennies and a 1906 and 1919 fishscale along with a musket ball. Was nice to do a land dig and not worry about itch, leeches or the storm and just the unusual holes, broken glass, branches and doggie doo!
