The Age Old Question - Opinions Please
January 12, 2004 at 14:48:10

Hey Gang,

I have been lurking in the MD Forums for a while now,
Love the "Finds Pics".
I have been in and out of THing for a year or so now and
am ready to upgrade my Metal Detector.
My Question is this:
If you had to go out tomorrow and buy a new Detector,
assuming you did not own any Metal Detectors,
knowing what you know now, through experience, etc.
What detector would you buy? Price does not matter.
I am mostly interested in Coins and jewelrey, although relics will be of interest too (being from "Historical Upstate NY".)
I am leaning towards an MXT, but really just want a MD that
I will have complete confidence in for a number of years.
Thanks in advance for your advice and opinions.

Lance
