Hi Steve.....never tried it. But I may soon. I had all my detectors shipped back to Key West last Wednesday. They should be here by Tuesday or so. I have a lot of friends here to detect the beachs with and some good leads on Spanish silver and gold on shore. The beaches here are good for rings and coins but a lot of trash. I only went to the beach once a few years go. I reseach old homesteads and look a lot around them for cions and treasure. I know one thing, I will not be shipping detector cross country much. The UPS charges for 3 detectors in one box with $5,500 insurance was just over $100 (ground) and they have to be sent back for my next trip.....Richard...All that glitters is not only gold
