richard - from the sounds of it - maybe, if feasable, you should wash the samples first to see what size and how much gold is free from the rock before you crush it up. as i haven't been in on other sessions i probably don't know what i'm talking about or maybe you have already answered this previously. in either case you can ignore me. happy fourth! wayne
