I'm going to buy a backpacker's dredge and was looking for info/hints/tips on the best use of these. I'm getting the lightweight one so I can carry it DEEP into the "hills". I'd heard that the farther you go into the hills, the better the chances of finding virgin territory. Anyway, I'm looking for any assistance you all can offer.
