One awesome machine (SD2200d)...Kinda long

I have personally had the pleasure of experimenting with the new SD2200d and it's great. The discriminator is the best I've seen yet. I passed a nail in front of the coil and after a couple of sweeps it tuned it out, but when you pass a nugget in front of it it doesn't. It also has the new tune button which eliminates interference. If you've ever used an SD2100 you'll know that powerlines, planes, and generally bad overcast days can and do make your detector "talk". The first time I heard this machine work was at my friend Chris's house in the middle of town with powerlines a block or so away. The interference was bad until he pressed the tune button and within about 45 seconds it was a nice steady "hum". I could go on and on about this machine. I've also heard from a guy in Australia that this machine is not only finding DEEPER nuggets than the SD2100 but also SMALLER ones at greater depths. He's been working old patches and has taken 16 ounces. The retail IS 3,500 but if interested in one, or any other of the Minelab products my best friend is a dealer and his prices are ALOT cheaper than retail. Email me for his phone number and email address. He's a super nice guy and a great person to get to know!! Good luck to all!!! Joe Kauffman (AZ)
