Well done! I hope it's an elephant. As Steve says, do as much as you can by yourself. First off, make sure you have pegged and applied for it properly, I would hate to see you lose it for some minor reason. There IS such a thing as lawyers gold, so be careful.

And don't be in too much of a hurry to make an agreement or take partners. When you do make an agreement, write it yourself then take it to a lawyer. Don't let the big companies shove their agreements in your face as they are usually difficult to understand and written for their benefit.

Do enough trenching and sampling so that you have some idea of it's size and value. Then look for interested companies, the more the merrier! Good luck...Dave
