Cap, yes we did sponsor the ordinance. I went to a seminar in Boise, Idaho called "Effective Strategies for Landowners." This was sponsored by Stewards of the Range with the same attorneys Wayne Hage used to push his case through the courts. It was very good. Most of what I have came from them. They told me how to go about it. Too bad you're moving to Wickenburg, we could use some good men up here. I looked at Wickenburg a few years ago. Nice place. The Mexican food is great. I looked at 80 acres 17 miles out Constilation Rd., a patiented mining claim with plenty of water. I almost bought it but my wife thought it was too far out. There is a ghost town about half way out, on the left side of the road. Drive down in and you will see a mine tunnel on the left side of the road and a water area for cattle on the right. About 20 yards in back of the water is a tailing pile from the mine across the road. It's loaded with fine gold. Well worth going after. Good luck on your move, Stan.
