How 1 person Can make a diffrence (in my own opinion)

It has been my experience that (1) person can make a diffrence, and this is because the powers that be don't have the foggest idea as to what they are talking about. They have NO idea as to what constitutes a "recreational miner". They have no idea as to WHAT type of equiptment they have or use, nor what the various equiptment does. They are more than willing help us if it will make them look good. Let them know that we are NOT a huge corporation out to rape the land, but small time recreational miners who take our vacations with our families to come to there states and spend money and recreate.
They don't know WHAT a 5" dredge is. The only dredging they know about is the dredging that they do to keep rivers clear for navagation.
Sorry... just ran out of steam here, had a good head of steam, but this is what I get for trying to write in between customers at work.
