hi robert--look where ever the water slows down--look downstream from the bedrock---look under and behind-(down stream)the boulders---look at the end of the rapids--at the beginning of a pool---BUT MOST OF ALL LOOK WHERE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY FOUND GOLD
