action to take October 14, 1999 at 13:06:38 Here is are some ideas we can follow through with. Contact your congressman and senators and tell them of the FS meeting with government representatives some time this last month in Reno (an inhouse meeting). Let them know about your concerns and request any additional information they have or can get on this meeting. Get a copy of the minutes of the meeting also. I have already contacted my congressman and requested an investigation into this. Don't be silent, yell and scream if you have to. The Supreme Court ruled in Marbury v. Madison (1803) that "any law, ordinance, statute or regulation which is contrary to or repugnant to the Constitution is null and void." In 16 AmJur 256 the Court later stated, "No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." I have tracked down a copy of Marbury v. Madison if anyone wants a copy, I'll be glad to send it. I have yet to track down 16 AmJur 256, I havn't had the time to get into it as yet. If anyone finds it let me have a copy. This Supreme Court ruling has never been overruled or recended, it is still the law of the land and I think we can use it to our advantage. Any more ideas, throw them out so we can take advantage of them. Stan
