November 02, 1999 at 19:21:48 In Reply to: Minelab gt 16000 a good starter? posted by CaptnOzone on October 30, 1999 at 19:09:22 hi capt. the gt in the gt16000 stood for ground tracking it was a new technology that even some detectors at this time don't have it was an excellant machine---but slow-the next up grade was the ft16000---the ft stood for fast track. any one of these minrelab machines are in my opinion a cut above the competition. see ya down th road ---hoss
