Kim, Thank you, as you know I still have pictures of the nuggets you found on and sent my on my website. You I respect as a nugget shooter. As you and everyone else that uses pulse type machines know, they are not effected by the ground. That is the real benefit to the Minelabs, not small gold. This is a technolgy, not hype. As I have always said pulse machines are deeper, less affected by ground, require bigger targets and are more expensive to build. VLF machines, discriminate better, find smaller targets, don't have the depth, and are cheaper to build. These are facts. Russ, I swear, I can not get my SD22000 to pick up a BB sized nugget, even rubbing it against the coil. I did not mean to doubt you, since you say you have found one. It just has not been my experience and I use the SD22000 in AZ and NV for bigger nuggets and then use a Lobo for smaller gold.
