The BRAZIL's bank of issue is the agency which is responsable for gold reserves of BRAZIL. For this reason,the museum has the condition to exhibit the exemplaries of gold bar,nuggets and others curiosities that show the beauty,the rarity and the utility of this precious metal that always has provoked(has stimulated)fascination in the human being. Detached,can see the largest gold nugget already found in BRAZIL:weight 60,820 kg(52,332 kg of gold included)and was found in the "Serra Pelada"placer in the state of "PARÁ".
