Your right,except for one small detail.It applies to STATE land.I didn't know this conversation was about the oh holy one guru who is the only one patting himself on the back for alerting our state and federal judicial system of our doings in this wonderful hobby.Leave the politics out of this hobby,we don't need anyone alerting our politicians of new ways to crack down on us any harder.If you think for one minute YOU the oh holy one guru has made a difference with our hobby at the state or federal level were it all counts,give me ONE.Thats what I thought!

YOU have takin on the role as politician in this hobby,so can anyone out there give me the name of one HONEST politician?Yea we are upset and speak our minds,we love this hobby more than you will ever know,we just wish you would relax your jaws before you create a problem for us all.YOU for some reason included me in your message,therefore maybe you should take heed and LISTEN for a change.Your no lawyer,govenor,senator,mayor,or for that matter a person of any judicial stature,but yet you claim to be the ONE with all the answers.You may be right and have all the answers especially when the state and federal government cracks down on all of us with new laws and enforcements,then we are ALL going to come to you and ask WHY?You should have all the answers for all of us except for me and several others,because I need no politics in my hobby,but I do care about others in this hobby and only post this to say beware.
