Gene, you are correct in what you say about the antiquity law but only for state land.My earlier post was concerning private land.My main objective was to shed some light on one simple fact. That this Kieth Willywonka are who ever he is,is causeing more problems to our hobby by bringing the attention of the wrong people.I support the fact that if you get caught on state or federal land then you get whats comeing to ya.And this guy,who is a nobody, surely can't help ya because it will be officers like me who's report will prosecute tresspassers and thieves. In my political job, I have impact on peoples lives everyday, some good and some bad, but I do not get on the net and bragg about it.This powerless nobody takes credit for trying to change things that will never change because he is up agianst more power and money than his brain can comprehened.I just do not want other TH'ers to be suckered into something that they all ready have a right to do,which is to dig without politics playing a part or wanting part of your booty!!!.So all I have to say to this guy is ,get a life and leave the politics out of TH'ing because your big words and fancy title (which you say every time you post and no one cares) don't mean a hill of beans.Sorry to put this on your post Gene but I know the jealous guru will read this.Ken
