Joe,

I had three detectors for myself (I've owned 6 in less than a year) Tesoro GSII coins:M/L Musketeer relics:Search Scan PI Beach. I traded them all for a M/L sov. XS. So far this machine has been very good for all areas. I'm not pushing M/L, but I believe the W/S coil has made the difference in reguard to detecting more items. This is very important when relic hunting. It gives a larger search area at good depth. Check out a diagram on this. I was using a Umax SW(320) and then a Umax BII.(389) both units were beat to death by the $230.00 M/L musketeer (not the new one, non-XS) It uses a W/S coil. If I would have tried a WS coil on my Tesoro's it may have worked as well, who knows.

Keep Digging!

JAMES
