Point is if you have pemission there isnt much the others can do about it. It might be different if you had researched a site for years and it happens after finding it, but public land at a construction site? The only thing its gonna do is give bad publicity if people see us out there yelling at each other or taking a swing at someones head with a 12 inch coil..............I'd say go out there and hunt, if they start bugging you ask them to see their exclusive permission form, while they are yelling at you they cant find anything, maybe you'll dig a gold coin while there yappin...........Jim
