Hi Tom,

GREAT IDEA!-----You might find some molds by doing a search on the Net's search engines and possibly find a book or two on melting lead. I know they make propane furnaces that you use clay crucibles to melt gold and other metals in, so lead would no problem. Let me know what you find out, I may even want to try the same. It would definitely make for interesting conversation pieces, but PLEASE--no Yankee bullets into Confederate soldiers (they had enough of that during the war).
