Help, I can't ID this button!

I've looked in every page of Albert's button book and I can't find it. 15/16" in diameter, wreaths surrounding a anchor on a lined field with a rope border. Wood back button. Found at a 1740's homesite but I believe this button is much more modern. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
