CSA Button

I have a CSA button 3/4 inch # CS81B nondug, the button was never on a uniform the certificate of Authenticity says that the Union Navy blockade prevented the delivery and the shipment went to Bermuda and was kept in dead storage. Can anyone tell me what the value of the button might be.
