Hi Michael, I just did a quick search as your relic picqued my curiosity. Apparently in 1809 Tyrol was returned to Austria during the Napoleanic wars. The item which looks like a coin may be a commemorative of that event. I didn't dig too deep into that topic but you may find something concerning Napoleans exploits in Italy and Austria around that time. Nice find! Tom
