Help I.D. old button

Found old button. It is brass,26mm,has a soldered loop on back, in center is a left facing eagle or phoenix with a crown, around bird is: JE RENAIS DE MES CENDRES, and under bird is 30. Would appreciate any info. Found at old gold rush site w/ CZ6 at 8". Thanks
