I think this is a button. It seems to be made out of lead or pewter. It is 8 sided with a big "C" and a little "c". In the big "C" is a 4 and in the little "c" is a 0. The back seems to have broken off reveling a hollow behind the face. I found it in an area where I have found coins ranging from 64 years old to 105 years old. Any help is appreciated. There is a picture in the picture forum...Donnie
