Hi Stve, besides soaking, most times there's gunk in the bottles that you'll want out. I use baby bottle wire brush cleaners for the insides. In some of the older bottles the openings might be narrow, so you'll have to trim down one wire brush for the small openings. I also use pipe cleaners for the really small bottles as cleaners.
