Hi,

>what bullets the the CSA Army of Tennessee use during Hood's 1864 Invasion of Tennessee?

I grew up in Central TN and still hunt there.

Welp I saw you were finding 3 ringer .58's, Sharps and Enfields...this is about right, but by 1864 they generally had about everything (the old .69's they didn't want). So you should find anything. From that area and Hood's army I also have other Sharps, ringtail Sharps pointed and rounded, various cleaners, machined bullets, etc. Many used whatever they picked up. During the battle of Franklin alone a gazzillion minie balls were fired. A few days later there was a repeat engagement in Nashville. I used to pick them up from the creeks and mudbanks.
