I would like to know what detector's are being used in extremely hot soil for relic hunting. Every one here uses a White's 5900 or Blue Gray Pro, and some use Xlt, but alway's go back to 5900 or Blue Gray Pro. I have had other relic hunter's hunt with me with other brands from different location's in VA, and they say they have never seen anything like it. You can kick the soil with your boot and the signal will actually go down the hill. I've just about tried them all (Det. Brand's) , But I know there has got to be a Det. that will do good in this soil? Help, PD
