I have two small solid iron cannonballs, each approx 1-1/2 pounds, approx 2-1/8 inches diameter, no apparent fuse hole. These were given to me years ago by a family friend who found them embedded in a tree he cut down somewhere in southeastern Pennsylvania. Can anyone identify the type and approx date of these?
