Randy, tough question I,ve hunted with a 1266 for 7 years along with my friends who use the Nautilus. I agree It,s a little deeper than the 1266. I usually hang right with them. IN the last 2 years I,ve hunted with the Bandido Umax with the 10.5 coil and I hang right with them out in the country side and when we get around a old homesite I tear them up. I,ve tried there Nautilus but it is just to heavy. Just about all of my friends have changed over to the Bandido. and put there Nautilus in the closet. If I were going to pick just one of two 1266 or Nautilus it would be the 1266 because of the weight factor Alot of relic hunters use the 1266 in S.C. Billy in S.C. Good luck
