Hi Randy, Yes, I think it's a great place to relic hunt also. If you have never been here before you might want to consider taking a vacation in SC. I guess your friend has told you about Myrtle Beach. YOu and the guy you work with should try to plan a vacation around that area. You would only be about 100 miles from Charleston which is one of the oldest cities in the south. I'm sure there's some great relic hunting in that area,but it's very hot in the summer and a lot of snakes in the woods this time of the year. I usually try to hunt plowed fields and old sites now,but it's just like everywhere it's getting harder and harder to find good spots to hunt. Billy in SC
