Need help IDing medallion

While checking out a farm field, found a medallion. It's about the size of a fifty cent piece, about twice as thick, and appears to be made of bronze. On the front, it has a bust of Thomas Jefferson. Around the front edge of the medalion, it says "TH. JEFFERSON PRESIDENT OF THE U S A D 1801." On the backside, it has two arms shaking hands. Above the hands, an ax and tobacco pipe that are crossed. Above the ax and pipe, is the word "PEACE." Between the ax and pipe and the shaking hands is the word "AND." At the bottom of the backside, is the word "FRIENDSHIP." Any info about this medallion will be appreciated. Thanks, Ron
