they go pretty good here jimmy i live in spotsylvania virginia just outside of fredericksburg and there was alot of activity here and its in a building boom because of the proximity to the federal workers in d.c.they are relocating here i rekon cause its too crowded in northern va and rising costs so they are tearing up some land here and being in the construction business i have my hand on the pulse to newly developed hotspots.I hate all the development but fill its my duty to get as much out and preserve it for history before it gets asphalted over. I really hate the overdevelopment
