Help Identifying Button

Brass or Copper - approximately 1/2" in dia., convex face. Front shows spread eagle facing left and upward with shield depicting stars & stripes...bundle of arrows in right talon, twigs in the other. Reverse of button is stamped "__?__bury Button Co." around the perimeter. ring in center for attaching to clothing appears to be soldered to the backplate of button. Button found in Charleston, SC area. Thanks!
