This button is .25 inches diameter, the center is hollow and has two holes through the front on either side of the eagle. the eagle wings are spread looking to the right. there are 14 stars around the eagle forming a cicle. it appears to be brass or tin. It was found on a old school house play ground, circa 1870's. thanks for any help. HH.
